Talented education is one of the basic aspects of education in the United States and abroad, as this type of education is found in most countries in one way or another. In order to help those interested in raising the talented, we liberated this book, which was published by the University of Cambridge in 1986. This new edition came after the first edition of the market was running out. This book describes the main concepts of the meaning to be talented, and how these concepts can be applied to identifying talented students, teaching them and evaluating them. We believe that there are several reasons for publishing a book on talent concepts, including: 1. The need for guidance and guidance based on theory. Although there are many talent programs, most of them are not based on a specific theory. All these programs do is to use ready procedures, such as intelligence, creativity, and achievement tests, without any motivation for the reason for choosing tests. Such writers will help in the field of gifted education in choosing a model they can work on. 2. The need to translate talent concepts into practices. In the first edition of the book, we may have exaggerated the emphasis on the theory at the expense of information regarding how to apply the theory. And because most of the readers of the book are likely to be teachers, it is important for the book to emphasize the application, in addition to the theory. The translation of theories into practices results in dealing with procedures for identifying talented individuals, teaching methods, and the tools for their achievement.
