<p>Prof. Sivaji Bandyopadhyay is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, at Jadavpur University, India where he has been serving since 1989. He served as a Director of the National Institute of Technology Silchar from December 2017 to Nov 2022. He has more than 300 publications in reputed journals and conferences. He has edited two books so far. His research interests are in the areas of Natural Language Processing, Machine Translation, Sentiment Analysis, and Medical Imaging among others. He has organized several conferences and has been the Program Committee Member and Area Chair in several reputed conferences. </p><p><br></p><p>Prof. Valentina E. Balas is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of more than 400 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. </p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Saroj Kr Biswas is currently working as an Associate Professor and HoD of the Computer Science & Engineering Department, at NIT Silchar. His research interest includes Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Data Mining, Image Processing and Video Processing. 15 Ph.D. scholars are presently doing their Ph.D. work under him and 05 have been completed. He has completed one DEITY-sponsored R&D Project and one NPIU (World Bank) sponsored R&D Project. He is currently running one high-value MEITY-sponsored R&D</p><p>Project. He has published 56 international journals including 35 unpaid SCI-indexed journals (regular issues) in various reputed publication houses worldwide including Elsevier, IET, Springer, World Scientific, etc., and68 conference papers.</p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Anish Kumar Saha, working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Silchar since 2018. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, at the National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh and at the National Institute of Technology Agartala. He has been in the field of teaching and research for the last 12 years. His research interests are Quantum computing, Optimization, and Networking. He had served in different conferences and workshops in various assigned chairs. Currently, he is serving as the Principle</p><p>Investigator of the MeitY-sponsored project in the field of graph theory and quantum computing. He had served as a co-coordinator for a PM`s GatiShakti-funded workshop “Digital Supply Chain” in 2022. He has published in several journals and conferences of repute. He also obtained a Best Paper award at an IEEE conference at The Seventh ICIC-APTIKOM 2022, Bali, Indonesia.</p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Dalton Meitei Thounaojam has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Silchar since 2012. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at, the National Institute of Technology Manipur and Manipur Institute of Technology respectively. He has been in the field of teaching and research for the last 13 years. His research interests are Image processing, Video processing, etc. He had served in different conferences and workshops in various assigned chairs. He has published in several journals and conferences of repute.</p>
