His research concentrates on leadership, leadership development and effective governance in regions and organizations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p> </p><p><b>Veronika Zagieva</b>&nbsp;is Director of Ward Howell Talent Equity Institute, an internal research and development division of the Ward Howell Group.
