<p><strong>Valeria Caggiano</strong> is Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Sciences at the University of Roma Tre (Italy). She earned her degree in Work Psychology 20 years ago and completed her doctoral research in Work Psychology and Human Resources at LUMSA University in Rome, with international recognition from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (Spain). She also holds a European Master's degree in Europlanner from Brussels (Belgium).</p>

<p>Valeria is also the Project Manager for the European PEACE-S project, a candidate project under the Erasmus Plus Program by the European Commission. This project involves partnerships with five foreign universities and focuses on the topics of student dropouts and professional pedagogical transitions. Valeria's specific contribution is in designing educational options, mentoring, and storytelling as tools to guide critical thinking and behavioral cognitive analysis, targeting students aged 16-18.</p>

<p><strong>Antonio Ragusa</strong>&nbsp;is an entrepreneur, professor and author. Founder of several companies among which Rome Business School, Rome Business School Nigeria and the Space Economy Institute.Graduated cum laude in law and qualified as a lawyer, he has a Master of Business Administration from London’s Imperial College Business School, further specializing in marketing and communications at the London School of Economics.</p>

<p>He has been teaching managerial disciplines at many Universities and Research Centres, such as the Roma Tre University, LUISS Guido Carli, Salamanca University, the European School of Economics and Business International.&nbsp;He has many years of managerial experience in large international companies such as Enel and Trenitalia.</p>

<p>He is the author of numerous publications on subjects relating to organizational communication, marketing and human resources management.&nbsp;Among the various awards and recognitions, he has been appointed Academician by AEREC (European Academy for Economic and Cultural Relations) and has received the New York Summit Award 2018, the Emilio Castelar Award 2019 and the Jean Baptiste Say Award 2020 for his commitment in education on an international level.</p>

<p><strong>Ema Di Petrillo</strong><strong> </strong>is an Academic Supervisor at Rome Business School and a Ph.D. student at Universidad de Burgos, Spain, Ema holds an MBA with honors in Marketing from the University American College Skopje. With over 13 years of experience in the international education sector, she has been instrumental in shaping minds and inspiring students.</p>

<p>Currently, she teaches Time Management as a pre-course at Rome Business School and is also a part of the Faculty of the Executive Master in Human Resources Management, contributing to the Leadership and Humanistic Management Program designed in collaboration with the University Roma Tre in Rome, Italy.</p>

<p>Recipient of the prestigious 'Young Leaders' award in 2011 for her exceptional oratory skills, Ema is proficient in a variety of interdisciplinary subjects such as public speaking for business, intercultural communication, and various soft skills courses including Time Management and Stress Management. Her overarching objective is to cultivate an environment conducive to student development, encouraging each individual to aspire to their utmost potential and excel as informed global citizens.</p>
