Types of Recruitment

Recruitment has two types, the internal and external recruitment. These types of recruitment helps employer in finding for the right person for the job and makes the process easier for them. Below are the two categories of recruitment.

  1. Internal Recruitment – this type of recruitment takes place within the organization. The needed internal sources are already available in the organization. These are primarily focused on promotions, transfers as well as re-employment of the previous employees, which only means that the recruitment process is no longer made longer and complex since the prospects are just within the organization. Re-employment is considered as one of the most common internal sources wherein the employees are invited to fill in the vacancies of the company. However, there are also instances in which the ex-employees are providing unsolicited applicants.
