<p>Gregory Ian Bain, PhD, MBBS, FRACS, FA(Ortho)A, is Professor of Research and Upper Limb Surgery, in the Department of Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery at Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association and a past president of the Shoulder and Elbow Society of Australia. He has undertaken considerable research and in 2009 received the Australian Orthopaedic Association Research Award for outstanding orthopaedic research that has gained international recognition. Professor Bain is Chairman of the Elbow, Wrist and Hand Committee of ISAKOS, President of the Asia Pacific Wrist Association, Deputy Editor of the Journal of Wrist Surgery and a longstanding member of the editorial boards for Journal of ISAKOS, Journal of Techniques of Hand and Upper Limb Surgery. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and is an editor of the Springer books; Elbow Arthroscopy (LA Pederzini, GI Bain, MR Safran eds. ISAKOS. Springer, 2013). <p><b>Denise Eygendaal</b></p>

<p>Denise Eygendaal, is a Professor and Upper Limb surgeon, currently working at the Amsterdam University Medical Centre’s and Amphia Hospital.</p>

<p>She finished her training (the Netherlands, Harvard USA, Arhus Denmark) as an orthopaedic surgeon in 2000, and did her PhD Thesis on ‘Medial instability of the elbow joint’ in 2000.</p>

<p>She has more than 150 scientific, peer reviewed, publications on the elbow joint and has contributed to more than 10 important books on surgery of the elbow.</p>

<p>Denise Eygendaal is currently the PhD supervisor of many PhD students, she is editor of the journal ‘Strategies in Trauma and Limb Reconstruction’ and reviewer for the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, KSST, British Journal of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, Acta Ortopedica, Injury, and the American Journal of Shoulder and Elbow surgery.</p>

<p>Denise Eygendaal is the Residency Training Program Director of Orthopaedic Surgery and Course Chairman of more than 30 A.O complex elbow courses and comprehensive elbow courses worldwide. She has been invited speaker for more than 100 international events.</p>

<p><b>Roger van Riet</b></p>

<p>Professor Dr. Roger van Riet is an Elbow Surgeon, working in AZ Monica Hospital, Antwerp (Belgium) and the Antwerp University Hospital. He is the past president of the Belgian Shoulder and Elbow Society and a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Antwerp. He is an active member of the Monica Orthopaedic Research Foundation (MoRe). Professor van Riet has published nearly 50 book chapters on elbow surgery, over 100 peer reviewed papers and frequently presents at national and international level. In 2001, Professor van Riet completed a research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. This resulted in a PhD on radial head morphology and biomechanics in 2004. Subsequently, he completed a clinical fellowship for upper extremity with Professor Simon Bell and Dr. Warwick Wright at the Monash University in Melbourne (Australia); with Professor Gregory Bain at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Adelaide (Australia) and again at the Mayo Clinic with Dr. Bernard Morrey. He is an associate editor of The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery - Essential Techniques and Shoulder and Elbow. Clinically, Professor van Riet is a very active elbow surgeon. He performs approximately 900 elbow surgeries per year.</p></div><div><p></p><br></div>
