<p>Dr. Sophie Fourmentin is Professor at the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale, Dunkerque, France. She is President of the French Cyclodextrin Society. Her research works are at the interface between host-guest chemistry and environmental chemistry.</p>

<p>Dr. Eric Lichtfouse, is biogeochemist, Chief Editor and Professor of Scientific Writing at Aix Marseille University, France. He has invented carbon-13 dating and published the book Scientific Writing for Impact Factor Journals.</p>
