<p>Martín Vaz-Álvarez is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Communication of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona, Spain; and a member of MEDIUM Research Group (UPF) and the Novos Medios Research Group of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. His main research lines include the study of European Public Service Media, particularly in matters of innovation, Artificial Intelligence, and the overall adaptation of PSM to new digital scenarios. He also serves as subdirector of innovation at the Chair RTVE-USC for the study of European Public Service Media.</p>

<p>Miguel Túñez is Full Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and Professor Honoris Causa at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (Ecuador) since 2020. The study of corporate communication and Public Service Media are among his main research lines. His research experience is backed up by over 150 scientific contributions, among papers, books and chapter books, and presented 130 communications in national and international conferences.</p>

<p>Ana Gabriela Frazão-Nogueira is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Fernando Pessoa University (Portugal). She received her PhD in Audiovisual and Journalism from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Her research interests include infographics, content design, visual journalism, immersive journalism, media communication, journalistic genre, journalistic format, information perception, cognition, hypermedia, information continuity, information accessibility, and artificial intelligence</p>
